About Anthony
Anthony Kim is a 3x successful education entrepreneur with a proven track record of building profitable businesses. His experience spans self-funded ventures, VC-backed companies, and successful exits. Throughout his career, Anthony has trained former educators to become high-impact consultants and effective sales professionals, always with a focus on amplifying their impact on education.
Anthony has worked with hundreds of school districts and thousands of education leaders, from administrators to departments of education, both in the U.S. and globally. As the best-selling author of The New School Rules and The New Team Habits (Corwin Press), Anthony is a thought leader in modern education. He has delivered a TEDx talk and is a frequent guest on podcasts and in publications, where he shares insights on education, leadership, and innovation.
In 2010, Anthony founded Education Elements, a company that provides strategic planning and professional services to support teaching and learning initiatives, including personalized learning, curriculum-related services, and leadership programs. His prior ventures include Provost Systems, which offered virtual school solutions to districts, and Domus, a company specializing in outsourced event management for underutilized facilities.
Passionate about introducing innovative practices from other industries to education, Anthony continues to help educators bring their ideas and expertise to market, aiming to create greater impact and drive lasting change in the education sector.
